摘　　要：我国林业科研院所严格贯彻落实科技成果转化政策法律法规等,科技成果转化进步巨大,实现了经济效益、社会效益、环境效益统一。结合中国林科院、中国林科院木工所科技成果转化实践,提出我国林业科研院所科技成果转化存在转化率较低、转化模式单一、转化环节欠缺、转化人才不足、供需矛盾脱节等问题,指出与行业现状、科研体制导向、可转化的科技成果少、中介机构介入不足、期刊对转化宣传不够等有关。建议深化林业科研院所改革、完善科技成果转化体系和依托保障,以期促进科研与转化双赢。The strictly implemented of regulations on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in our forestry research institutes have greatly contributed to the progress of economic,social and environmental benefits.Based on the transformation of scientific and technological practice in Chinese Academy of Forestry and Research Institute of Wood Industry,the problems of our forestry research institutes such as low transformation rate,single transformation mode,lack of links,shortage of transformation staff,the contradiction between supply and demand were pointed out.The reasons behind these problems such as the industry present situation,the orientation of scientific research system,the lack of scientific and technological achievements,the shortage of intermediary agencies,insufficient periodical publicity were analyzed.In order to obtain the win-win situation between scientific research and transformation,Countermeasures such as deepen the reform of forestry research institutes,improve the system and support on the transformation of scientific and technological were put forward.
