摘　　要：目的为了解深圳市宝安区新安街道学龄前儿童行为问题现状及特点。方法以深圳市宝安区新安街道70所幼儿园7756例2~6岁儿童为对象,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(Child Behavior Checklist,CBCL)筛查行为问题。结果2~3岁儿童行为问题检出率为27.90%,性别间差异无统计学意义(P=0.121),均以攻击性因子的检出率最高;4~6岁儿童行为问题检出率为7.65%,性别间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.001),男童前三位的行为问题依次为分裂样、强迫性和违纪,女童为性问题、社交退缩和多动/分裂强迫。结论预防儿童行为问题的发生,应对不同年龄段、不同性别的儿童采取更具针对性的干预措施。Objective To explore the current situation and characteristics of behavioral problems among preschool children in Xin’an street,Bao’an district.Methods The Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL)was used to screen the behavioral problems among 7756 Children aged 2-6 years old in Xin’an street,Bao’an district.Results The prevalence of behavioral problems in children aged 2-3 years old was 27.90%with no gender difference(P=0.121).The leading behavior problem was aggressive behavior.In addition,the prevalence of behavioral problems in children aged 4-6 years old was 7.65%with significant gender difference(P<0.001).The top three behavioral problems were abruption,compulsivity,disciplinary for boys and sexual problem,sociality withdrawal,hyperactivity/abruption for girls.Conclusion To prevent the occurrence of behavioral problems,more targeted intervention measures should be taken for children of different ages and gender.
