探讨家庭健康管理对哮喘儿童防治的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭健康管理对哮喘儿童防治的疗效分析。方法收集60例于2017年1月-2019年1月在肇庆市第二人民医院儿科治疗的哮喘患儿为研究对象,按随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组采用常规的临床治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上采用家庭健康管理,干预一年后,比较两组患儿哮喘发作次数、入急诊次数,以及干预前第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC,%)和干预一年后的FEV1/FVC比值、干预前呼出气一氧化氮(FeNo)和干预一年后的(FeNo)的改善情况。结果经过干预后,在发作次数和急诊次数上,观察组发生的次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在FEV1/FVC(%)和FeNo上,观察组患儿比对照组患儿有明显的改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为单位的健康管理可大大改善儿童哮喘的发生发展,使哮喘得到有效的临床控制,对哮喘儿童的防治具有较好的疗效。Objective To explore the effect of family health management on prevention and treatment of asthmatic children.Method From January 2017 to January 2019,60 children with asthma in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of random distribution.Each group had 30 people.The control group received routine clinical treatment,and the observation group was used family health management based on the treatment plan of the control group.One year after the intervention,the number of asthma attacks and emergency visits,and the improvement of FEV1/FVC(%) and FeNo were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the number of episodes and emergency visits in the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).FEV1/FVC(%) and FeNo of the children in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Family-based health management can greatly improve the occurrence and development of asthma in children,so that asthma can be effectively controlled clinically,and it has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of asthma in children.
