摘　　要：以汽化过氧化氢表面灭菌为例,介绍了美国药典(USP)41版中汽相灭菌法相关章节(1229.11汽相灭菌法)的内容,主要包括过氧化氢灭菌原理、汽化过氧化氢表面灭菌的特点、灭菌效果的影响因素、灭菌验证用生物指示剂的特点以及使用的注意事项,并将USP第41版1229.11汽相灭菌法的全文翻译。Taking decontamination of vaporized hydrogen peroxide as an example,the contents of relevant chapters of vapor phase sterilization(1229.11 Vapor Phase Sterilization)in USP 41 were introduced,including the lethality mechanism of hydrogen peroxide,the characteristics of decontamination of vaporized hydrogen peroxide,the influencing factors of decontamination effect,the characteristics of biological indicators and the matters needing attention in use.The full text of USP41<1229.11>Vapor Phase Sterilization was translated.
