参茸天麻酒的质量标准研究和探讨

摘　　要：目的:完善参茸天麻酒的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中主要药味天麻、枸杞子、何首乌、人参和五味子展开鉴别考察,采用高效液相色谱法测定君药天麻中天麻素的含量。结果:经实验建立薄层色谱方法能清晰并有效的鉴别天麻、枸杞子、何首乌、人参和五味子药材,阴性无干扰;天麻素含量测定方法操作简单、准确,天麻素在9.76~97.6μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=5396X-804.79,r=0.9999;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<1.0%;加标回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论:定性、定量方法准确、简单,能有效控制参茸天麻药酒的质量。Objective:To improve the quality standard of Shenrongtianma Medicinal Liquor.Methods:TLC was applied for qualitative identification of Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Lycii fructus,Polygoni multiflori Radix,Ginseng Radixet Rhizoma and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus.HPLC was used to determine the content of gastrodin.Results:Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Lycii fructus,Polygoni multiflori Radix,Ginseng Radixet Rhizoma and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus could be identified clearly and effectively by TLC method without the blank interference.The HPLC method we established is simple and accurate.Gastrodin had good linearity(r=0.9999)in the range of 9.76-97.6μg·mL^-1 and the equation is Y=5396X-804.79.RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all 1ower than 1.0%,The spiked average recovery was 100.2%with RSD as 1.1%(n=9).Conclusion:The qualitative and quantitative methods we established are easy and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Shenrongtianma Medicinal Liquor.
