摘  要:焦炉煤气中焦油、萘易沉积造成管道堵塞,文章中通过工艺流程分析、关键流程的筛选以及控制因子的筛选,确定10个最终控制因子。对初冷器、终冷塔、电捕焦油器、精脱萘塔和过滤设备采用改善控制措施,将进入炼钢连铸焦炉煤气中的焦油含量由0. 63mg/m^3降至0. 46mg/m^3、萘含量由33 mg/m^3降至22 mg/m^3,保证连铸生产的连续性。In the coke oven gas,tar and naphthalene were easily deposited,which causes pipeline blockage. In the article,10 control factors were determined through process analysis,key process screening and control factor screening. The tar content in coke oven gas in steelmaking and continuous casting decreased from 0. 63 mg/m3 to 0. 46 mg/m3 and naphthalene content from 33 mg/m3 to 22 mg/m3 by adopting improved control measures for primary cooler,final cooler,electric tar catcher,refined naphthalene tower and filtration equipment,so as to ensure the continuity of continuous casting production.
