摘  要:目的:建立无糖型银花感冒颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法定性鉴别复方制剂中桔梗、甘草和防风,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复方制剂中的绿原酸和连翘苷的含量。结果:发现薄层色谱斑点分离度较好、清晰且阴性无干扰。绿原酸在0.076,8~1.150,2μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999,9),平均加样回收率为99.80%,RSD为1.45%。连翘苷在0.247,3~1.236,6μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999,9),平均加样回收率为98.20%,RSD为2.11%。结论:所建立的方法可靠准确,专属性强,重现性好,可作为无糖型银花感冒颗粒的质量控制方法。Objective: To establish the quality standard of sugar free Yinhua ganmao granules. Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to qualitative identify Jiegeng(platycodon), Gancao(licorice) and Fangfeng(saposhnikovia), and the content of chlorogenic acid and forsythin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results: TLC spots had a good resolution, clearer, and no interference. Chlorogenic acid has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.076,8-1.150,2 μg(r=0.999,9). The average recovery of chlorogenic acid is 99.8%, RSD is 1.45%. The linear relationship of forsythin in the range of 0.247,3-1.236,6 μg(r=0.999,9). The average recovery rate was 99.82%, RSD was 2.11%. Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate, specific, and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for sugar-free Yinhua Ganmao granules.
