摘　　要：通过文献研究,对小儿推拿特定穴"脊柱"的定位、操作手法、功用与主治范围的演变进行梳理,认为"脊柱"的定位为从龟尾至大椎呈一直线,其操作手法趋于完善,其主治范围不断扩大,由单病种发展到多病种,由单系统疾病发展到多系统疾病。We investigate the evolution, operation technique, function and attending range of the "spine" positioning in children’s massage through literature research. It is believed that the positioning of the "spine" is straight from Guiwei to Dazhui(DU14), and its operation methods tend to be perfect. The scope of its treatment has been continuously expanded, from single disease to multi-disease, and from single-system disease to multisystem disease.
