摘 要:目的:研究野坝子挥发油微型胶囊的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用复凝聚法制备野坝子挥发油微型胶囊。以微型胶囊的包封率和收率为评价指标,用正交设计法优选野坝子挥发油微型胶囊的制备工艺条件。结果:正交实验最佳的工艺条件为明胶、阿拉伯胶与挥发油的配比为1∶1∶0.5,成囊温度为40℃,搅拌速度为80 r/min。结论:通过实验研究的制备工艺,微型胶囊的包封率和收率较高,可以推广应用。Objective:To study the optimal production process of Elsholtzia Rugulosa volatile oil microcapsules.Methods:The method of complex coacervation was used to product the Elsholtzia Rugulosa volatile oil microcapsules.The encapsulation percentage and yield of microcapsules were used as evaluation indexes,and the production conditions of Elsholtzia Rugulosa volatile oil microcapsules were optimized by orthogonal design.Results:The optimum conditions for the orthogonal experiment were as follows:the ratio of gelatin,gum arabic to volatile oil is 1∶1∶0.5,and the temperature of the capsule is 40℃;The stirring speed is 80 r/min.Conclusion:Through the experimental research,the encapsulation percentage and yield of microcapsules are high,so it can be popularized and applied.
