摘　　要：目的:系统评价五苓散加减治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普数据库中五苓散加减治疗肝硬化腹水的临床随机对照研究,应用ReMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入10个临床随机对照试验,共982例患者。Meta分析结果显示:治疗组总有效率高于对照组[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.14,1.30),P<0.000,01];治疗组Child-Pugh积分改善优于对照组[MD=-1.88,95%CI(-3.24,-0.52),P=0.007];治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组[RR=0.27,95%CI(0.09,0.77),P=0.01]。结论:与常规治疗比较,五苓散加减联合常规治疗可提高肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效,但受纳入研究质量的限制,上述结论有待更多高质量研究验证。Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Wulin Powder in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites.Methods:Electronic databases including PubMed,Embase,CNKI,Wan Fang Data and VIP were searched.The found randomized control trials were then appraised and Meta analysis was conducted with RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 10 RCTs involving 982 patients were included.The results of metaanalysis showed that treatment group showed higher total effective rate than control group[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.14,1.30),P<0.000,01];treatment group improved Child-Pugh class[MD=-1.88,95%CI(-3.24,-0.52),P=0.007];treatment group showed lower incidence of adverse reactions than control group[RR=0.27,95%CI(0.09,0.77),P=0.01].Conclusion:Compared to routine treatment,the clinical efficacy of Wulin Powder with routine treatment was better.Due to the limitation of quality of the included studies,the above conclusions need to be conducted by more high-quality research.
