摘　　要：通过分析1则医案总结李彦民应用阳和汤加减治疗早期股骨头坏死的经验。李彦民认为早期股骨头坏死的病因病机主要以“虚”和“瘀”为主,虚为肾阳虚、血虚,瘀为血瘀、痰瘀;提出以“温补肝肾,补血活血,化痰通络”为治疗原则,方用阳和汤加减,并以韭菜根为药引,临床疗效显著。This paper summarize Professor LI Yan-min's clinical experience in treatment of early femoral necrosis with Yanghe decoction according to a medical record.LI Yan-min believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of early osteonecrosis of the femoral head are mainly"deficiency"and"blood stasis".Deficiency is deficiency of kidney Yang and deficiency of blood;Blood stasis is blood stasis and phlegm stasis.Therefore,it is put forward that"warming and tonifying liver and kidney,tonifying blood circulation and activating blood circulation,Huatan Tongluo"as the treatment principle,and its clinical effect of Yanghe decoction with is remarkable,with Chinese leek root as medicine guide.
