摘  要:坐具是人们工作和生活常用工具,其舒适性直接影响人体健康。研究使用不同坐具时人体臀部肌肉-骨骼的受力情况,成为了改善坐具性能的重要研究方法。Spiral computed tomography(CT),Magnetic Reso⁃nance Tomograph(MRT)断层扫描数据可以观察不同片层组织变形情况,但是很难量化应变能、剪切力等力学参数。为获取坐姿状态下臀部组织、骨骼的力学特性,需要建立其姿态下的3D生物力学模型。由于国内尚未引进坐姿的MRI设备,坐姿情况下的臀部外廓形提取成为了建立模型时需要解决的重要问题。为解决这一难题,搭建了可用于模仿坐姿的臀部外廓形测量系统。通过Mimics、Solidorks、Geomagic studio等软件工具建立了臀部-肌肉骨骼系统的3D生物力学模型。该模型可通过有限元仿真,深层次地分析臀部组织内层的受力情况,从而用于座椅及轮椅的舒适性研究或压疮的病理研究。Seats are commonly used tools in people’s work and life.And comfort seats influence human health directly.It is an important research method to improve the performance of seats by studying musculoskeletal stress characteristics of seating buttocks using different types of seats.Spiral computed tomography(CT),Magnetic Resonance Tomograph(MRT)scanning data can be utilized to observe the deformation of different laminar tissues,but it is difficult to quantify the mechanical parameters such as compression energy,main stress and shear force.In order to obtain the mechanical properties of buttocks tissue and bones in the sitting position,3D biomechanical model need to be built.Since the Up⁃right MRT equipment has not been formally introduced into China,it is an essential problem to extract buttocks outline in the sitting position.In this paper,the established system to simulate sitting posture and recording buttocks outline solves the problem perfectly.The establishment of 3D human buttocks musculoskeletal model with Mimics,Solidworks,Geomagic studio software can utilize in finite element analysis which will be helpful for analysis of tissue stress.All these can be employed in studies of seats and wheelchairs comfort quality and in pressure ulcer pathological research.
