摘  要:在湿式高压静电除尘器(WESP)中以聚氯乙烯(PVC)槽板为收尘极,对收尘极的板面水膜性能进行了研究。通过搭建试验台,研究不同尺寸沟槽板对水膜厚度、成膜率和收尘效率的影响。在给定供水流量条件下发现4种带槽PVC板的水膜厚度和成膜率随着沟槽宽度和深度的增加。4种沟槽板均比平板PVC成膜效果好,其中板4能达到最好水膜效果,在供水流量为700 L/h时成膜率为96.5%。水膜的存在抑制了反电晕和二次扬尘的产生,通过实验测试不同供水流量下各板的收尘效率,增大供水流量收尘效率明显增加,在700 L/h时沟槽板4达到最大收尘效率为99.702%。The paper studies the performance of the water film of the collecting plate which is made of polyvinyl chlo⁃ride(PVC)in the wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP).An experimental platform has been built to study the impact of film thickness,film ratio and collection efficiency.The water film thickness and film ratio of the four kinds of grooved PVC plates at a water flow rate have increased with the increase of groove width and depth.The four grooved plates are better than the flat PVC.The plate 4 can achieve the best water film and the film ratio is 96.5%when the water flow rate is 700L/h.The presence of the water film The existence of water film restrains the generation of back corona and second⁃ary dust.Through experiments,the collection efficiency of each plate under different water flow rates is tested.Results show that the collection efficiency increases obviously while increasing the water flow.At 700 L/h,the collection efficien⁃cy reaches 99.702%by grooved plate 4.
