摘　　要：目的:探讨个案管理对剖宫产手术室产妇护理安全性的影响。方法:选取剖宫产产妇88例随机分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组采取个案管理。对比分析两组产妇疼痛情况、不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组上述指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个案管理模式可提高剖宫产产妇的整体护理质量,增强剖宫产产妇手术室安全性。Objective:To investigate the e ffect of case management on maternal nursing safety in the operating room for cesarean section.Methods:Eighty-eight cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 44 cases each.The control group was given routine care while the observation group was given case management.Maternal pain,incidence of adverse event,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes mentioned above were significantly better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Case management mode can improve the overall nursing quality of cesarean section and enhance the safety of operating room for cesarean section.
