摘  要:为探究铁碳微电解法对高温煤焦油加氢废水的处理效果,考察了铁碳投加量、反应时间、反应pH值和曝气量等4个因素对废水CODCr处理效果的影响,并通过正交实验优化了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:影响CODCr去除率的因素依次顺序为初始pH、铁碳投加量、反应时间、曝气量;最佳工艺参数分别为铁碳投加量600g/L、初始pH为2、反应时间为3.0h、曝气量为2.0 L/min;在最佳工艺条件下,CODCr的去除率最高可达到35.78%。因此,铁碳微电解法作为高温煤焦油加氢废水的预处理方法是可行的。This paper aims to explore the effect of Fe-C micro-electrolysis on the treatment of high-temperature coal tar hydrogenation wastewater.The study involves investigating the effects of four factors on the CODCr removal efficiency,including iron carbon filler quantity,reaction time,reaction pH,and aeration flow and optimizing the process conditions using orthogonal experiments.The results show that the factors affecting CODCr removal rate follow primary and secondary order:initial pH,iron carbon filler quantity,reaction time,and aeration flow;and the optimum process parameters are iron carbon dosage(600 g/L),initial pH(2),the reaction time(3.0 h),and the aeration flow(2.0 L/min).The highest removal rate of CODCr is 35.78%under the optimum conditions.It follows that Fe-C micro-electrolysis process is feasible to works as a pretreatment process for high temperature coal tar hydrogenation wastewater.
