摘 要:为探明极薄煤层采煤机滚筒工作参数的匹配对装煤效率和装煤能耗的影响,根据滚筒工作参数区间设计均匀实验表,以装煤效率和装煤能耗为评价目标,运用EDEM离散元颗粒仿真软件数值模拟了采煤机采煤过程,利用最小二乘法修正了装煤效率理论公式,分析装煤轴向等效功率、截割功率和装煤能耗。结果表明:滚筒转速85 r/min,牵引速度2 m/min时装煤效率最大为61.6%,装煤能耗为2.90%;截割功率与装煤轴向等效功率受牵引速度影响较大,随牵引速度增大截割功率增加速率大于装煤轴向等效功率,装煤能耗随牵引速度增加而减小。This paper is aimed at an insight into the influence of the working parameters of shearer drum for very thin coal seams on the efficiency of coal loading and the energy consumption of coal loading.The study consists of designing the uniform experiment table based on the working parameters of the drum;and running numerical simulation of shearer mining process by employing the evaluation of coal loading efficiency and energy consumption as the goal and using EDME discrete element particle simulation software;and modifying the theoretical formula of coal loading efficiency building on the simulation results and using,the least square method and thereby analyzing the axial equivalent power,cutting power and coal loading energy consumption.The results show that in the presence of the drum speed of 85r/min and the traction speed of 2m/min,there occur the maximum coal efficiency of 61.6% and the energy consumption of 2.90% in coal loading,and in this case,the cutting power and the axial equivalent power of coal loading are subjected to a greater effect of the traction speed,and with the increase of traction speed comes a greater increase rate of cutting power per unit time than the axial equivalent power of coal loading,and the energy consumption of coal loading decreases with the increase of traction speed.
