摘  要:文章简要论述了钢铁制造流程系统节能的理论基础和总体目标,提出在实施系统节能的过程中,要充分认知和利用钢铁制造流程的特点和功能优势,要更加关注能源的质量,要牢牢把握系统优化的总目标,要以煤气、蒸汽、余热系统的集成优化为重点,并提出了构建“钢铁-化工-燃气-电力-供热-供冷多联产系统”的思路。结合实践,提出了钢铁企业实施系统节能的主要原则、模式与效果。The paper briefly discussed the groundwork of theory and overall goal of systematic energy saving in iron and steel manufacturing process.In the process of implementing systematic energy saving,the characteristics and functional advantages of iron and steel manufacturing process should be fully recognized and utilized,and we should pay more attention to the quality of energy,firmly grasp the overall objective of system optimization,and focus on the integrated optimization of gas-steam-waste heat systems,and the idea of building“iron and steel-chemical-gas-electric power-heating-cooling polygeneration system”was put forward.Combining with practice,the main principles,modes and effects of implementing systematic energy saving in iron and steel enterprises were put forward.
