摘  要:复吹转炉炉役前期炉内钢水会发生较大幅度回磷现象,使得复吹转炉高拉碳生产方式影响冶炼低磷钢。通过对复吹及非复吹转炉冶炼数据的对比,分析得出复吹的强搅拌作用导致了炉内回磷,制定并且应用了多项补救措施,使得复吹转炉平均回磷量接近无复吹转炉水平,效果显著。In the early stage of the reblowing furnace,a large amount of phosphorus return will occur in the steel in the furnace,so that the high-pull carbon production method of the reblowing converter will affect the smelting of low-phosphorus steel.By comparing the smelting data of the re-blowing converter and the non-re-blowing converter,it is analyzed that the strong stirring effect of the re-blowing leads to the occurrence of phosphorus return phenomenon in the furnace,and a number of remedial measures were formulated and applied,making the average amount of phosphorus back to the re-blowing converter close to the level of the non-re-blowing converter.The effect was remarkable.
