摘  要:基于大样本数据,将残氧量作为重要变量之一,对特定的厚板连续式加热炉的燃耗进行解析。综合调查班组操作行为偏好及燃耗实绩,最终明确了残氧量的较佳控制范围为3%~3.8%。Based on big data,adopting residual oxygen as an important var,the fuel consumption of a certain continuous reheating furnace of heavy plate mill was analysized.Different operational habits of four groups as weel as their fuel actual consumption results were taken into account and the optimal contrl range of residual oxygen was 3%~3.8%.
