摘　　要：就如何有效利用先进的信息技术,提高现有医疗资源的利用,形成融合中医药特色的糖尿病社区健康管理体系进行探讨,探讨设计开发糖尿病中医社区健康管理系统的基本框架和功能,并对该系统的开发意义及作用进行简介。讨论借助于互联网+医疗模式、智能硬件、物联网、云计算等技术提出糖尿病中医社区管理平台的设计思路,借助中医药的广泛群众基础,发挥中医药在疾病防控领域的优势,为新时期社区糖尿病防控管理工作提供新的方向。This study discusses how to effectively utilize advanced information technology,improve the utilization of existing medical resources,and form a diabetes community health management system that integrates the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It also discusses the basic framework and function of designing and developing a diabetes community health management system of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and briefly introduce the significance and function of the development of the system.With the help of Internet plus medical care,intelligent hardware,internet of things,cloud computing and other technologies,this study proposes to design a platform for diabetes community management platform based on information collaboration platform.With the broad mass foundation of Chinese medicine,the advantages of Chinese Medicine in the field of disease prevention and control will be brought into play,and new ideas will be provided for the prevention and control of diabetes in the community in the new era.
