温阳补肾汤联合他达拉非治疗肾阳不足型阳痿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳补肾汤联合他达拉非治疗肾阳不足型阳痿的临床疗效。方法:将126例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为3组各42例。治疗组口服温阳补肾汤和他达拉非,中药对照组口服温阳补肾汤,西药对照组口服他达拉非,疗程均为2个月,采用IIEF-5评分、中医证候评分及复发率作为观察指标。结果:3组患者治疗后比较,治疗组患者IIEF-5评分高于中药对照组和西药对照组,中医证候评分及停药3个月后的复发率均低于中药对照组和西药对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为95.2%,中药对照组总有效率为85.7%,西药对照组总有效率为90.5%;治疗组总有效率高于中药对照组和西药对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳补肾汤联合他达拉非治疗肾阳不足型阳痿具有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Bushen decoction combined with tadalafil in the treatment of impotence with deficiency of kidney-Yang.Methods:Totally 126 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups with 42 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Wenyang Bushen decoction and tadalafil orally;the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)control group was given Wenyang Bushen decoction orally,and the western medicine control group was given tadalafil orally.The treatment course was 2 months,and IIEF-5 score,TCM syndrome score and recurrence rate were used as the observation indexes.Results:After treatment,the treatment group showed higher IIEF-5 score than the TCM control group and western medicine control group,while lower CM syndrome score than the TCM control group and western medicine control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.2%in treatment group,85.7%in TCM control group and 90.5%in western medicine control.The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the TCM control group and western medicine control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Bushen decoction combined with tadalafil showed good effect on kidney-Yang deficiency type impotence.
