艾灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿质高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿质高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法:将痰湿质高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组患者使用常规西药降压以及阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用艾灸以及半夏白术天麻汤。比较两组治疗后血压、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块面积、血脂水平及痰湿体质积分的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后双侧IMT、斑块面积均缩小,血压及总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白a均明显下降(P<0.05)。两组治疗后比较,治疗组患者双侧IMT、斑块面积、TC、LDL-C、脂蛋白α及痰湿体质积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿质高血压伴颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on phlegm-dampness hypertension with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:The patients with phlegm-dampness hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for lowering blood pressure and atorvastatin calcium.In the treatment group,moxibustion and Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction were added on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood pressure,carotid intima-media thickness,plaque area,blood lipid level and phlegm-dampness constitution score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the carotid artery intima thickness,plaque area,blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and lipoproteinαwere significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups after treatment,the treatment group showed lower bilateral carotid artery intima-media thickness,plaque area,total cholesterol,density lipoprotein cholesterol,lipoproteinαand phlegm-dampness constitution scores than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of moxibustion combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the treatment of phlegm-dampness hypertension with carotid atherosclerosis is accurate.
