摘　　要：简述真实世界的基本概念及真实世界数据与证据的界定和内在关联,分析真实世界与中医临床研究的相适性及科研范式,总结了当前中医药真实世界研究的主要设计类型及不足之处,并对真实世界研究在中医药临床研究中的应用进行展望。随着大数据时代的来临及现代科技的发展,临床科研方法及平台更加丰富。真实世界的临床研究方法越发受到重视,尤其是在中医药研究领域,表现出非常好的相适性。与经典的随机对照试验相比,真实世界研究更加符合中医药临床的实际情况。This paper briefly describes the basic concepts of the real world and the definition and internal relationship between the real world data and evidence,analyses the compatibility and scientific research paradigm of the real world and the clinical research of Traditional Chinese Medicine,summarizes the main design types and deficiencies of the current real world research of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and prospects the application of the real world research in the clinical research of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with a view to the research of Traditional Chinese Medicine.With the advent of the era of big data and the development of modern science and technology,clinical research methods and platforms become more abundant.Among them,the real world clinical research methods have been paid more and more attention,especially in the field of TCM research,showing very good adaptability.Compared with the classical randomized controlled trials,the real world research seems to be more in line with the actual clinical situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
