“治未病”思想指导高血压病防治探微

摘　　要：“治未病”理论出自中医经典《黄帝内经》,体现了中医在预防及治疗疾病等方面的特色以及明显优势。运用“治未病”思想指导高血压病的防治将明显改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,显著降低疾病的致死、致残率以及发病率。“治未病”思想在高血压病防治中的具体体现:预防高血压病的发生即未病先防;提前干预以防止高血压病的进展即有病早治;进行合理治疗以预防高血压病并发症的发生即既病防变;进行综合调理以预防疾病的反复发作即瘥后防复。探究运用耳穴压籽、穴位针刺及贴敷、太极拳及中药内服对高血压病患者血压综合管理的重要性,强调将高血压病防治的阵线前移,充分利用中医“治未病”理论的优势防止高血压病的发生和发展。The theory of“treating disease before its onset”comes from Inner Canon of Huangdi,which reflects the characteristics and obvious advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diseases.The idea of“treating disease before its onset”guiding the treatment and prevention of hypertension will obviously improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and significantly reduce the mortality,disability and incidence of hypertension.The idea of“treating disease before its onset”guiding the treatment and prevention of hypertension include:the prevention of hypertension,that is,prevention before disease onset;intervention in advance to prevent the progress of hypertension,that is,early treatment of the disease;treatment to prevent the occurrence of hypertension complications,that is,controlling development of existing disease;comprehensive conditioning to prevent recurrence of the disease,that is,preventing recurrence after cure.We should explore the importance of using auricular seed pressing,acupuncture and application of acupoints,Taijiquan,and Chinese medicine orally for the comprehensive management of blood pressure in hypertensive patients,stress the treatment and prevention in advance,and take full advantage of the theory of“treating disease before its onset”in traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat hypertension.
