摘  要:多效蒸发系统主要设计的任务是选定蒸发器及相应蒸发工艺流程.设计计算时选用水平管喷淋降膜蒸发器,蒸发工艺采用六体五效逆流进料真空蒸发,蒸发能力为45 t/h,通过实际工艺操作参数计算所需的换热面积,并以各效等加热面积为原则,采用试差法根据蒸发器的热量平衡计算出各效传热温差、传热量及传热面积.The main design task of the multi-effect evaporation system was to select the evaporator and the corresponding evaporation process.In the design calculation,a horizontal tube spraying falling film evaporator was selected.The evaporation process adopted a five-effect countercurrent feed vacuum evaporation process.The evaporation capacity of evaporated water was 45 t/h.According to the actual process operation parameters,the required heat exchange area was calculated.Based on the principle of equal heating area of each effect,the heat transfer temperature difference,heat transfer amount and heat transfer area of each effect were calculated according to the heat balance of the evaporator by the trial difference method.
