摘　　要：传统家用燃气热水器面壳、底壳钣金件的U型弯曲模存在退料困难、弯曲回弹、产品有压印、弹簧外露等问题。介绍了对模具结构的不断研究与改善的过程,并最终确定了一种可以有效解决以上问题的U型弯曲模结构。The U-shaped bending die of the traditional domestic gas water heater face shell and the bottom shell gold parts has problems such as difficulty in returning the material,bending rebound,stamping,and spring exposure.This paper introduce the process of continuous research and improvement of die structure,and finally determines a bending U-shaped die structure that can effectively solve the above problems.
