摘　　要：介绍了某小型电机转子冲片模具的结构设计与制造工艺,该模具通过采用科学的设计方案分析,通过预定目标方案逐一进行验证,完全达到了设计和使用要求,模具使用寿命长,转子冲片质量好。This paper introduces the structure design and manufacturing process of the stamping die for the small motor rotor,it is analyzed by adopting scientific design scheme,verify one by one according to the predetermined target scheme,it completely meets the design and use requirements,and it is long service life and good quality.
