摘　　要：根据电热水器内胆法兰盘的尺寸、结构和生产批量的要求,以及该制件在电热水器中的装配关系,对该制件的冲压工艺进行了分析,提出了3种不同的冲压工艺方案,并对3种不同的冲压工艺方案进行了比较,设计了落料+拉伸、冲孔+翻边、冲孔+整形3副复合模具生产该制件,同时详细介绍了3副复合模具中主要制件的计算过程,对于初学冲压模具设计的工作人员具有借鉴作用。According to the size,structure and batch production requirements of the inner liner flange of the electric water heater,and the assembly relationship of the part in the electric water heater,this paper analyzed the stamping process of the part,proposed three different stamping process schemes,and compared them,three sets of compound dies,blanking+drawing,punching+flanging,punching+shaping,were designed to produce the part,at the same time,introduced the calculation process of the main parts in the three sets of compound dies in detail.These can be useful for those who are beginning to learn stamping die design.
