摘　　要：通过对汽车后尾灯灯罩的结构和工艺性分析,设计出后尾灯罩双色注射模。模具采用倒装结构,热流道系统进料,顶块底面放置弹簧,第一腔注射后开模同时,顶块在弹簧作用下将塑件顶在定模腔内,动模侧旋转后合模注射第二腔塑件,并对模具结构设计中的要点和难点进行了介绍。Through the analysis of the structure and technology of the lampshade of the rear lampshade,a two-color injection mold for the reallamp shade was dedigned.the mold adopts inverted structure,hot runner system feeding,the bottom of the top block is placed with a spring,the first cavity is in jected and the mold is opened at the same time,the top block pushes the product into the fixed mold cavity under the action of the spring,the side of the moving mold is rotated to close the mold,and the secend cavity is molder,the key points and difficulties in the mold stucture design are introduced.
