摘　　要：光猫面壳塑件内部有较多纵横交错的骨位,内部有一个用于装配的倒扣,4个角各有一个固定柱,表面有一些散热孔。该塑件尺寸精度及外观要求高,模具结构复杂,经过NX10.0软件分析确定用三板模具结构。无滑块但有一斜顶,采用点浇口进胶方式,加工制造按照现代模具制造方式,从而达到了客户要求,实现量产。There are many criss-crossing bone positions inside the bare cat face shell product,inside there is a reverse buckle for assembly,each corner has a boss post for fixing,and the surface has some heat dissipation holes.This part requires high dimensional accuracy and appearance,and the mold structure is complex.After analysis,the three-plate mold structure is determined.There is no sliding block but there is an inclined top.The gate is filled with glue on the surface of the product.The processing and manufacturing are in accordance with the modern mold manufacturing method,thus meeting customer requirements and realizing mass production.
