摘  要:高压封头采用钛合金TC5材料,其结构复杂,工艺尺寸多,尤其4×M2.5mm斜向55°螺纹孔的加工,是该零件加工的关键点之一。通过设计并制造了专用工装,成功替代了日本精密坐标镗床。在实际生产中不断改进钻头与丝锥的切削角度,用国产钻头替代了昂贵的日本合金钻头,以及延长日本丝锥的使用寿命,提高加工效率,有效地解决了钛合金零件斜向55°的4×M2.5mm螺纹孔的加工精度问题,保证了该零件的批生产任务的顺利完成。介绍了适用于钛合金TC5材料,加工M2.5mm螺纹孔的钻头与丝锥的结构尺寸以及斜向55°钻模工装的设计与应用。The high pressure head is made of titanium alloy TC5,it has complex structure with multiple process sizes,in particular,the machining of 4×M2.5mm oblique 55°threaded hole is one of the key control difficulties of this part.Through the design and manufacture of special tooling,it has successfully replaced the Japanese precision coordinate boring machine.In the production process,the cutting angle between the bit and the tap is constantly improved,the expensive Japanese alloy bit was replaced by the domestic bit,and extend the service life of Japanese taps,improve processing efficiency,solved the machining accuracy of 4×M2.5mm threaded hole with an angle of 55°for titanium alloy parts effectively,completed the node of the batch production task of the part.This paper also introduces TC5 material for titanium alloy,the design and application of the structure size of the drill and tap for machining the m2.5mm threaded hole and the jig with the angle of 55°.
