高校纪检工作中常用谈话类组织措施的特征分析

摘　　要：监督执纪"四种形态"是全面从严治党的重要举措,特别是第一种形态的有效实施是落实惩前毖后、治病救人方针的关键.为了使高校纪委进一步开展好监督执纪工作,充分发挥第一种形态"治未病"和"护森林"的作用,对常用六种谈话类组织措施逐一进行分析,厘清含义出处,并对相似概念进行辨析,从实施准备、实施主体、实施时机、谈话策略、措施强度等五个方面分析常用谈话类组织措施的特征,最后对高校纪委高质量运用谈话类组织措施提出了建议.Supervision and discipline enforcement"four forms"is an important measure to comprehensively and strictly govern the party,especially the effective implementation of the first form is the key to implement the policy of"learning from the past and learning from the future"and"curing the disease and saving the people".In order to further carry out the supervision and discipline enforcement work,give full play to the role of the first form of"prevention of disease"and"forest protection",this paper analyzes the six commonly used organizational measures of conversation one by one,clarifies the source of the meaning,analyzes the similar concepts,and analyzes the commonly used conversation from the five aspects of implementation preparation,implementation subject,implementation opportunity,conversation strategy and measure intensity Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the high-quality use of conversational organizational measures by the Discipline Inspection Commission of colleges and universities.
