粤港澳大湾区保险市场发展机遇与政策分析

摘　　要：《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》提出了多项保险市场改革政策,将为粤港澳大湾区保险市场发展带来诸多改革红利。本文梳理了粤港澳大湾区保险政策改革的主要内容,比较了香港、广东、澳门大湾区保险市场发展差异,分析了保险在粤港澳大湾区建设中的作用,认为保险相关政策的落实将带动粤港澳大湾区跨境保险业务发展,提升香港海运保险地位,加快澳门涉外保险业务发展,促成粤港澳大湾区公共服务和社会保障一体化发展,促进粤港澳大湾区保险市场互联互通。The Outline of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan released several reformation policies of insurance market,which will bring out revolution bonus for development of insurance market.The paper summarized the main contents of reformation policy on insurance in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,compared the difference of life insurance market in Hong Kong,Guang Dong and Macao,and then analyzed roles of insurance on development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The author believe that the policy implement of insurance will improve the development of cross-border insurance in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,enhance the roles of marine insurance in Hong Kong,promote the development of foreign insurance in Macao,facilitate the integrate development of common service and social security in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and propel the connectivity of life insurance market in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
