摘 要:柳钢在生产耐硫酸露点腐蚀用钢09CrCuSb过程中,未经任何处理的铸坯轧后易在钢板边部出现网状裂纹,轧制厚度≥30 mm钢板时,裂纹出现概率达到100%,不利于质量成本控制。通过对铸坯和钢板的裂纹缺陷部位进行能谱分析,确定钢板边部网状裂纹产生的根源是Cu富集。采取在钢中添加足量的Ni元素、铸坯边部修磨、合理控制加热温度和时间等措施,使钢板边部网状裂纹得到改善和控制,达到标准要求。During production of sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistant steel 09 CrCuSb in Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,net-like cracks are prone to occur at the edge of steel plate rolled from slab without any conditioning,especially when rolling steel plate of thickness ≥30 mm,the cracking probability amounts to 100%,which is unfavorable for quality and cost control.By means of energy spectrum analysis on the location with cracking defect of slab and steel plate,it is determined that the net-like cracks at the edge of steel plate is induced by Cu enrichment.By taking measures of adding sufficient Ni element,grinding slab edge,rationally controlling reheating temperature and duration,the net-like cracks at steel plate edge can be effectively improved and controlled,which satisfies the standard requirements.
