摘　　要：加热炉汽化冷却强制循环需要使用电动热水循环泵维持正常运行,一般采用一备一用配置。当在线运行电动热水循环泵故障没有及时发现并启动备用电动泵或应急柴油泵时,将危及汽化系统运行安全,甚至导致缺水事故。通过改造、优化系统电路和启动条件,当在线运行电动热水泵发生外部电路或本体故障时,实现了备用电动热水泵的及时启动,同时在操作台发出声光报警、操作画面弹出对话框,提示操控人员及时检查并处理故障,大大提高了加热炉汽化系统的运行安全系数。Absrtact The forced circulation of reheating furnace vaporization cooling requires the involvement of electrical hot water circulating pump,which is generally set up as one in operation and the other in stand-by.When the failure of electrical hot water circulation pump in operation is not noticed and switched over to the stand-by electrical pump or emergency diesel pump,the safe operation of vaporization system shall be affected,even leading to water shortage accident.After revamp and optimization of system electrical circuit and start-up sequence,prompt startup of standby electrical pump is achieved when the external electrical circuit or electrical pump in operation fails,at the mean while,the control desk initiates acoustic and visual alarm,HMI pops up a dialogue box instructing the operator promptly handle the failure,which greatly improves the operation safety factor of reheating furnace vaporization system.
