摘  要:双机架中厚板轧制中的待温过程是实现多阶段控制轧制的重要环节。中间坯空冷待温能够提高产品性能,也会导致生产效率降低。重钢中厚板厂利用中间坯水冷装置进行人工加速冷却,可以有效缩短中间坯待温时间,提高中间坯冷却效率,结合适当的空冷均温,实现了中间坯的均匀冷却,但是中间坯水冷装置在轧制过程中的人工干预过多,致使轧制节奏、轧制工艺受到影响。重钢联合北京科技大学,基于中厚板厂中间坯水冷装置布置及自动控制系统架构,将中间坯水冷模型控制系统与粗、精轧机主控制系统进行优化整合设计,减少了中间坯水冷装置在轧制过程中的人工干预,提高了整个中厚板轧机区的自动化控制水平。The transfer bar holding for cooling during medium steel plate rolling is one of the critical steps for multi-stage controlled rolling.Transfer bar air cooling can not only improve the product properties,but also may lead to lower production efficiency.Chonggang Medium Steel Plate Mill applies transfer bar water cooling device in manual accelerated cooling mode,shortens the waiting time of transfer bar,improves the cooling efficiency,achieves cooling uniformity of transfer bar in combination with temperature uniformity by appropriate air cooling.However,during rolling,the transfer bar cooling device needs frequent manual intervention,affecting the rolling pace and process.Chonggang and USTB jointly perform optimized and integrated design for transfer bar water cooling model control system and master control system of roughing mill and finishing mill,reduces the manual intervention on transter bar cooling device during rolling,improves the automatic control level in entire medium steel plate mill area.
