西部欠发达地区社会工作介入社会治理的路径分析

摘　　要：十八届三中全会以后,"社会治理"成为备受学界与社会关注的重要议题。社会工作一定程度上也是一种社会治理方式,致力于社会治理是一种专业自觉。在分析社会工作与社会治理内涵、关联基础上,结合西部欠发达地区的本土特性,尝试对社会工作介入社会治理的路径进行探索:社会工作介入社会治理可以从价值理念重塑,社会职能重新分配,激发社会组织活力开展社会服务,社会政策影响四个方面入手。" Social governance" has become an important topic that has attracted the attention of academics and society after the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of CCP. Social work,to a certain extent,is part of social governance,and so it is a professional consciousness for it to commit itself to social governance. This paper attempts to explore the path of how social work could participate in social governance in the underdeveloped area of western China on the basis of the analysis of the connotation and association of social work and social governance,and finds that it could be achieved from the following 4 aspects: the reshaping of value concept,the reallocation of social functions,the involvement of social organizations into social services,and the influence of social policies.
