摘　　要：仆人式领导是一种领导哲学,其主要目标是服务。然该领导方式目前并未在商业领域得到很好的推广应用。在对仆人式领导相关理论、概念和特征进行回顾分析的基础上,重新发掘仆人领导的价值及与其他管理理论的关系,指出在复杂动态环境中,仆人式领导将为推动组织变革和领导力转型提供有益的借鉴。Servant leadership,focusing on service as its main goal,is a philosophy of leadership. However,this kind of leadership style is not very popular in the commercial field at present. After reviewing and analyzing relevant theories,concepts and characteristics of servant leadership,this paper makes an attempt to rediscover its value and its relationship with other kinds of management theories,and points out that servant leadership will help promoting organizational reform and leadership transformation in a complex dynamic environment.
