摘　　要：目的探讨神经性吞咽功能障碍筛查在基层医院护士中的培训方法及效果。方法在医院脑科、中医康复科、内科二区,抽调11名护理人员组成康复小组,对护理人员进行吞咽障碍相关康复治疗的知识授课和操作培训,并进行成绩考核,比较培训前后康复小组成员的考核成绩、对吞咽障碍的临床护理能力以及患者的吞咽障碍检出率、吸入性肺炎发生率。结果培训后,康复小组成员的考核成绩以及对吞咽障碍的临床护理能力显著提高(P<0.05)。培训后,患者的吞咽障碍检出率显著高于培训前,吸入性肺炎发生率显著低于培训前(P<0.05)。结论神经性吞咽功能障碍筛查技术的培训有助于充实护理人员的理论知识,提高临床护理能力,同时能提高患者吞咽障碍的检出率,减少吸入性肺炎的发生。Objective To explore the training methods and effect of screening for neurogenic dysphagia among nurses in primary hospital.Methods Eleven nurses were recruited to form a rehabilitation group in the brain department, the rehabilitation department of TCM and the 2nd internal medicine department of the hospital. Nurses received knowledge teaching and operation training of rehabilitation therapy related to dysphagia, and the results were assessed. The assessment scores and the clinical nursing ability of dysphagia of the members of the rehabilitation group, as well as patients’ detection rate of dysphagia and incidence of aspiration pneumonia before and after training were compared.Results After training, the assessment score and clinical nursing ability of dysphagia of the members of rehabilitation group were significantly improved(P<0.05). After training, the detection rate of dysphagia of patients was significantly higher than that before training,and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia was significantly lower than that before training(P<0.05). Conclusions The training of screening technique for neurogenic dysphagia is helpful to enrich nurses’ theoretical knowledge, improve the clinical nursing ability, improve the detection rate of dysphagia and reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia of patients.
