基于在地文脉的现代产业园区规划营建策略--以江苏浩丰生物科技有限公司研发生产基地为例

摘　　要：文脉是文化的脉络,也是一种态度,基于文脉开展建筑设计已成为当下共识。产业园区作为重要的建筑类型,很少有人关注文脉对于其设计的指导意义。应以文脉为切入点,引入在地文化元素,以具备历史位置感和文化体验感的设计赋予建筑地域归属感,引起文化共鸣。文章以江苏浩丰生物科技有限公司研发生产基地设计为例,探讨了在满足产业园区设计标准的前提下,以当地文脉为依托,开展规划营建,让建筑融入在地文脉的意义,为当下产业园区规划营建提供一些可供参考的新思路。Context is the context of culture and an attitude. Building design based on context has become the current consensus. As an important building type, few people pay attention to the guiding significance of context for its design. The design should use context as the starting point, introduce local cultural elements, and then design with a sense of historical location and cultural experience to give the building a sense of regional belonging and arouse cultural resonance. Taking the design practice of R&D and production base of Jiangsu Haofeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper explores the significance of planning and construction based on the local context on the premise of meeting industrial park design standards and provides some new ideas for a reference for the current planning and construction of industrial parks.
