青岛大鲍岛历史街区复兴策略研究--以永春里众创空间改造为例

摘　　要：通过分析大鲍岛街区历史与现状,对比国内历史街区改造案例,提出历史街区的复兴要把握时代性原则。以永春里众创空间改造为例,从可行性、必要性等方面论证众创空间如何带动大鲍岛街区的复兴。By analyzing the history and current situation of Dabaodao block, comparing the case of the transformation of the domestic historical blocks, it is proposed that the revival of the historical block should grasp the principle of the times. Finally, taking the transformation of the maker space in Yongchunli as an example, from the aspects of feasibility, necessity and the way to promote the revival, this paper demonstrates the method of maker space to promote the revival of the district.
