钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏在银屑病治疗中的作用影响

摘　　要：目的观察钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏在银屑病治疗中的作用。方法48例银屑病患者,按照随机分组法分为对照组和实验组,每组24例。对照组采用卡泊三醇软膏治疗,实验组采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗。比较两组治疗效果、情绪变化[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、满意度以及并发症(泛发性脓疱、关节型牛皮癣)发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率95.83%明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前,且实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组满意度91.67%高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏在银屑病治疗中,疗效明显,能够提升患者治疗满意度以及治疗效果,减少患者不良情绪,值得临床推广。Objective To study the role of calcipotriol and betamethasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods A total of 48 psoriasis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated by carbotriol ointment,and the experimental group was treated by calcipotriol and betamethasone ointment.The therapeutic effect,emotion changes[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]score,satisfaction degree of patients and occurrence of complications(generalized pustules,articular psoriasis)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.83%in the experimental group was obviously higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS score in the two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the SAS and SDS score in the experimental group was lower than those in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree 91.67%in the experimental group was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in occurrence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Calcipotriol and betamethasone ointment shows obvious efficacy for the treatment of psoriasis,and it can improve patients’satisfaction and efficiency,reduce their negative emotion.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
