用五子承气汤对痛风性肾病并发慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠进行灌胃对其肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究用五子承气汤对痛风性肾病并发慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠进行灌胃对其肾功能的影响。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、五子承气汤高剂量组、五子承气汤中剂量组、五子承气汤低剂量组和苯溴马隆对照组。除空白对照组大鼠外,为其他五组大鼠建立痛风性肾病并发慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠模型。自造模的第5天起,用生理盐水对空白对照组大鼠和模型组大鼠进行灌胃,用苯溴马隆对苯溴马隆对照组大鼠进行灌胃,分别用高剂量、中剂量和低剂量的五子承气汤对五子承气汤高剂量组大鼠、五子承气汤中剂量组大鼠和五子承气汤低剂量组大鼠进行灌胃,然后比较六组大鼠血清Cr、BUN、UA和尿UA的水平及其肾脏组织的病理改变情况。结果:模型组大鼠、五子承气汤各剂量组大鼠和苯溴马隆对照组大鼠血清Cr、BUN和UA的水平均高于空白对照组大鼠,其尿UA的水平均低于空白对照组大鼠,P<0.05。五子承气汤高剂量组大鼠血清Cr、BUN和UA的水平均低于五子承气汤低剂量组大鼠与五子承气汤中剂量组大鼠,P<0.05。五子承气汤中剂量组大鼠血清Cr、BUN和UA的水平均低于五子承气汤低剂量组大鼠,P<0.05。造模后,与模型组大鼠相比,苯溴马隆组大鼠和五子承气汤各剂量组大鼠的肾小管上皮细胞变性均明显减轻,其肾小管的管腔内均无管型,均未发生明显的结晶体沉积,其肾间质的炎症反应和纤维化程度均明显减轻。结论:用五子承气汤对痛风性肾病并发慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠进行灌胃可显著改善其肾功能。objective:to study the effect of wuzi chengqi decoction on renal function of rats with gout nephropathy complicated with chronic renal failure by gavage.Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,high dose group,medium dose group,low dose group and control group.In addition to the blank control group,a rat model of chronic renal failure complicated with gout nephropathy was established for the other five groups.Since the beginning of the fifth day of building,with physiological saline for blank control group and model group rats lavage in rats,using benzene bromide Malone for benzene bromide lavage in rats,Malone control group with high dose,middle dose and low dose of abital bearing gas soup of abital bearing gas decoction high dose group of rats,abital bearing gas soup dose group of rats and abital bearing gas decoction lavage in rats,low dose group and then compare six groups of rats serum Cr,BUN,UA and urine levels of UA and pathological changes of kidney tissue.Results:the serum levels of Cr,BUN and UA in model group,wuzi chengqi decoction and benzbromomalone control group were higher than those in blank control group,and the levels of UA in urine were lower than those in blank control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of Cr,BUN and UA of rats in the high-dose group of wuzi chengqi decoction were lower than those in the low-dose group and the medium-dose group(P<0.05).The serum levels of Cr,BUN and UA of rats in the medium dose group of wuzi chengqi decoction were all lower than those in the low dose group(P<0.05).After modeling,compared with rats in the model group,the denaturation of renal tubular epithelial cells was significantly reduced in the phenylbromomalone group and the rats in each dose of wuzi chengqi decoction group,the tubular types were not found in the lumen of their renal tubules,and no obvious crystal deposition occurred,and the inflammatory response and fibrosis degree of their renal interstitium were significantly reduced.Conclusion:wuzi chengqi decoction c
