摘  要:探讨了复卷机在匀加速或匀减速过程中辊组间纸幅张力的变化,提出了复卷机启动并匀加速到额定速度后辊组间纸幅张力的计算方法,并验证该算法,推导出复卷机由额定速度匀减速到停止及由停止重新启动并匀加速到额定速度过程中辊组间纸幅张力保持恒定的规律。The changing of the web tension at paper rewinder rollers during uniform acceleration and deceleration was discussed. The calculating method of the web tension when the rewinder speeded up to the rated speed was proposed and verified. The rule that web tension kept constant when the rewinder uniformly decelerated from rated speed to stop was deduced. And the rule that web tension still kept constant when the rewinder restarted and uniformly accelerated to rated speed was derivated.
