摘 要:目的 探讨超脉冲二氧化碳激光对痤疮冰锥样凹坑疗效观察。方法 回顾分析我院2017年8月至2019年2月期间收治的60例凹陷性痤疮冰锥样凹坑患者,随机为对照组(30例接受点阵激光治疗)和观察组(30例接受超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗),观察疗效、痤疮修复程度、不良反应等。结果 观察组疗效93.33%高于对照组66.67%(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛持续时间、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前组间ECCA评分差异小(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组ECCA评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率6.67%低于对照组36.67%(P<0.05)。结论 超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗痤疮冰锥样凹坑,可显著改善痤疮冰锥样凹坑程度,高效安全。Objective To investigate the effect of superpulse carbon dioxide laser on acne ice cone pit.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with concavity acnes treated in our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 was carried out.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group (30 patients were treated with dot matrix laser) and the observation group (30 patients were treated with ultra pulse carbon dioxide laser).The curative effect,acne recovery degree and adverse reactions were observed.Results The curative effect of the observation group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group (66.67%) (P<0.05).The pain duration and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),the difference between the two groups before treatment was small (P>0.05),after treatment,the ECCA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67% lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Super pulse CO2 laser treatment of acne ice cone pit can significantly improve the degree of acne ice cone pit,high efficiency and safety.
