负压封闭引流术治疗大面积头皮缺损创面的护理研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨负压封闭引流术(VSD)在大面积头皮缺损创面中的应用效果及护理措施。方法对37例大面积头皮缺损患者进行VSD治疗,通过采取有效护理,观测患者创面恢复及治疗并发症发生情况。结果 37例患者均顺利完成VSD治疗,创面恢复有效率达97.3%。术后并发症出现2例,1例为薄膜下积液,通过清除积液并重新封闭恢复正常负压引流,创面恢复良好。1例发生伤口感染,经创面清理、应用抗生素及加强换药后重新进行VSD,肉芽组织生长良好,创面显著恢复。结论合理的护理措施不但可以保证VSD顺利实施,而且显著促进创面恢复,并且进一步降低并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of large area scalp defect and its nursing measures.Methods 37 patients with large area of scalp defect were treated with VSD.Through effective nursing,the wound recovery and complications were observed.Results All the 37 patients successfully completed VSD treatment,and the effective rate of wound recovery was 97.3%.Postoperative complications occurred in 2 cases,1 case was under membrane effusion.The wound recovered well by clearing the effusion and re sealing to restore normal negative pressure drainage.One case developed wound infection.VSD was performed again after wound cleaning,antibiotic application and enhanced dressing change.The granulation tissue grew well and the wound recovered significantly.Conclusion Reasonable nursing measures can not only ensure the smooth implementation of VSD,but also significantly promote wound recovery and further reduce the incidence of complications.
