摘 要:基于某铝电解厂40 t电热铝用混合炉的加热元件硅碳棒使用寿命短的问题,介绍了电热铝用混合炉的基本构造和硅碳棒的性能特点,分析了硅碳棒损坏的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施,如加强运输、储存及安装过程中硅碳棒的保护、规范硅碳棒的安装、规范和改进混合炉的加料作业、减小硅碳棒因长期受热而产生的变形量、减少硅碳棒与空气的反应以及加强硅碳棒的检修操作等。预防措施实施后,硅碳棒的损坏量由2015年的350支下降至2016年的120支,年节约成本27.6万元。Based on the problem of short service life of the heating element silicon carbon rod of electrothermal aluminum holding furnace with 40 t in an aluminum electrolysis plant, the basic structure of the furnace and performance characteristics of silicon carbon rod were introduced, and damage cause of silicon carbon rod was analyzed, and the corresponding preventive measures were proposed, such as strengthening protection of the silicon carbide rod in the process of transportation, storage and installation, standardizing installation of the silicon carbide rod, standardizing and improving charging operation of the holding furnace, reducing deformation of the silicon carbide rod caused by long-term heating, reducing reaction between the silicon carbide rod and air, and strengthening maintenance operation of the silicon carbide rod. After implementation of the preventive measures, the damage amount of the silicon carbide rods was decreased from 350 in 2015 to 120 in 2016, saving 276 000 yuan annually.
