摘  要:通过对某氧化铝厂气态悬浮焙烧炉氢氧化铝给料系统存在的漏风问题进行分析研究,提出了在给料系统工艺流程中增加密封仓和优化输送螺旋尺寸的优化方案,解决了给料系统中存在的漏风问题,提高了焙烧炉产能,降低了焙烧炉热耗和电耗,降低了生产成本。Based on the analysis on air leakage in the charging system of aluminum hydroxide of the gas suspension calciner in an alumina plant, the optimization scheme of adding seal bin and optimizing the screw conveying size in the charging system was proposed. After optimization, the problem of air leakage in the charging system was solved, productivity of the calciner was increased, heat consumption and power consumption of the calciner were reduced, and the production cost was reduced.
