摘  要:阐述了食品中常见的重金属类型:汞、砷、镉、铅,分析了食品重金属污染的来源,并且详细列举了食品中重金属的检验检测方法,以分光光度法、原子光谱法分别展开对食品中重金属进行检测分析,旨在研究食品的安全性能,最大程度地减少重金属损伤人体机能,为人们创建良好的食品环境,促进社会良好发展。in this paper, the common types of heavy metals in food, such as mercury, arsenic, cadmium and lead, are briefly described. The sources of heavy metal pollution in food are analyzed. The inspection and detection methods of heavy metals in food are listed in detail. The detection and analysis of heavy metals in food are carried out by spectrophotometry and atomic spectrometry respectively, aiming to study the safety performance of food and minimize heavy metals It can damage human function, create a good food environment for people, and promote the good development of society.
