摘　　要：化学化工业的发展推动了科技的进步,促进了人们生活水平的提高,而科技的进步和世界经济的发展又反作用于化学化工业,对其发展质量有了越来越高的要求,并对化学化工资源有了新的要求。这样就需要通过现有的信息技术手段提高对化学化工资源的利用效果,从而满足社会的经济发展需要。The development of chemical industry has promoted the progress of science and technology and promoted the improvement of people’s living standard, and the progress of science and technology and the development of world economy have reacted to the chemical industry, which has higher and higher requirements for its development quality and new requirements for chemical and chemical resources. In this way, it is necessary to improve the utilization effect of chemical and chemical resources through the existing information technology to meet the economic development needs of the society.
